(2) Shipping is easy to postpone. When walking at sea due to weather, docks and other reasons, delays in berthing, etc., the error of about 3 days is particularly normal.
(3) There are many links in the middle. Shipping includes loading, distributing and shipping, and if one link is neglected, it will definitely delay the arrival time of your cargo.
(4) There are many freight forwarding companies, but there are so few shipping companies. It is too slow to abandon the ship, and no matter how many freight companies are changed, the two or three ships will be used.
By ship, generally speaking, there is no way to guarantee the arrival within a few days, because there are many conditions, and it is generally for the transportation of less urgent goods. If you want to be cheap but also fast, it's basically impossible. How long will it take to load the cargo if I choose sea freight? This is mainly divided into low season and peak season.
Low season:
Before the small barge cuts the order for loading (2-10 days depending on the situation), take the small barge first and then transfer to the large ship. For example, the Yangtze River Delta and many tributaries of the Pearl River Delta cannot enter. All the cabinets were barged out through a small barge and then allocated to the big ship. This situation is based on the time when the small barge sails and the time when the big ship returns. The farther away from the port, the more cargo must be loaded in advance to ensure catching up with the big ship. If the shipping schedule is tight, then it is up to you to set the loading time for the ship. For example, many ports from the Yangtze River to Shanghai, Jiangyin, and Taicang usually have a barge every 2-3 days, and then arrange to take the big ship after coming out! If the shipping schedules are far apart, then you must pay attention to the order cut-off time, and you must load it back at the order cut-off time to catch up.
One day in advance, you can board the ship directly. The port directly by the sea can be directly loaded onto the big ship with a trailer! Loading can be done the day before the ship leaves! So for the Yangtze River Delta and the Pearl River Delta, where the tributaries are developed, the freight is much higher if you directly use the truck to load the cargo on the big ship. In order to save costs, you still need to take the small barge a few days in advance and then board the big ship!
Peak season:
In peak seasons, there will be frequent shortages of containers, or some terminals will be blocked in the port, and the warehouse will burst (there are more ships). Then you must load the goods as soon as possible! Many times the shipping company arranges to take the big ship according to the time when the cabinet returns to the dock! After the cabinets are installed back to the dock, you should always check in the shipping company's system that those cabinets have been equipped with ships, and those who may come back late are not equipped! (Pay special attention to this situation in peak season, just don’t install it too early. The cabinet is pressed at the bottom. As a result, the top is installed first, and the rest are always on the top. Yours will always be worthwhile.
